Are you an authorized Financial Services Provider (FSP) and want to sell a Honey Investment Product?

Follow these steps:

1. Complete the FSP Contract Application Form electronically by clicking on the link below:

2. If you are an existing FSP and would like to update your existing contract with us (to allow you to sell additional product solutions) please complete the following:

3. Sign the application form and gather your supporting documents

• Authorised persons noted on a valid resolution (where applicable) to sign the FSP contract application form either by:
  • Using an electronic signature solution with an accompanying signing audit trail; or
  • Printing and signing the application form
     
• Gather the following supporting documents:
  • FICA documentation for the FSP/Directors/Shareholders/Key Individuals and Representatives as per Customer Due Diligence (CDD)/FICA Requirements List
  • Proof of banking details in the name of the FSP (cancelled cheque or a bank statement not older than three months)
  • Copy of FAIS licence
  • Copy of VAT certificate (if applicable)
  • Copy of the FSP's Complaints Management Framework or Policy
  • Proof of PI or Fidelity & Cybercrime Insurance Cover

4. Submit your application online and upload your supporting documentation.

Should you wish to email your supporting documents (including the signed FSP application form) instead of uploading them, please email these to honey@hollardinvestments.co.za.

You will be ready to do business with us once we have:

• Validated all documentation and completed all reference checks.
• Provided you with written confirmation that your contract has been approved.
• Issued a Honey Investment Solutions code to you upon execution of the contract, within 72 hours of receipt of the signed application and supporting documents.

The Administrator retains the sole right to final approval of the contract.
