We hope to ensure your financial success and satisfaction through all interactions with Hollard.

Should you not be satisfied with the service provided to you by Hollard, it is well within your rights to make a complaint.

Please send a written communication to the Head of Operations using the contact details supplied here and we will be sure to address your issues.  

To make it easier for us to rectify any problems quickly and effectively, please remember to include: 

  • Your investment details (i.e. Investment Number) 
  • Full name and identity number/entity number 
  • The details of the complaint 
  • Any documentary proof, where applicable 

What happens next? The team at Hollard Investments will acknowledge your complaint in writing and we will send the contact details of the person who will be assigned to finding a resolution for your complaint. 

If you are not satisfied with the response from Hollard Investments, or if your complaint relates to advice provided to you by a financial advisor in respect of your investment, you can write to the Ombudsman.
