MotorXtender Warranty Overview
At Hollard, we offer our customers a MotorXtender warranty, which protects you against the expense of mechanical breakdowns. Besides covering you for mechanical breakdowns, you can also insure your car for Comprehensive cover, Lite cover or Third Party, Fire & Theft cover on the same policy.
What the MotorXtender Policy Covers
Our MotorXtender policy covers up to 23 major parts of your car (e.g. engine, gearbox, braking system, etc.). Our cover limits are calculated based on the make of your car, which means it is customised according to your needs and not just a general cover. The cover also includes 24/7 roadside assistance which has become increasingly important to have.
Optional Add-Ons
We also realise that this policy might not be adequate for some of our customers with specific individual needs, so we have included the following add-ons for your consideration:
- ServiceXtender: an optional benefit to help pay for your car’s service.
- Scratch and dent cover for unlimited minor damages to your car
- Tyre cover for those annoying punctures
- Would you have an alternative, backup mode of transport available, if your car is being repaired? We can offer you a rental car, or our new Alternative transport allowance benefit which pays out a cash amount. You can use this cash to pay for public transport like a taxi or a bus.
