For Breakdown (Main cover) claims: Tell us as soon as possible, but not later than 5 days from the date of the incident.
For ServiceXtender benefit claims: You must call us before you take your car for a service.
When you call us, we will tell you what to do and where to take your car. You must make sure that you call us before you have your car repaired or serviced, and that you only use a workshop that has been approved by us. You can check the list of approved workshops on our handy workshop finder, or you can call us to check if the workshop you want to use is on our list.
You must send us all the information we ask for as soon as possible. Below is a list of the typical information we need, but we may ask for more depending on the details of your claim.
