Which is why, a few days ago, when we celebrated our outstanding Hollard Insure staff at our quarterly staff recognition event, we dedicated the occasion to brokers and customers as well.
Over 600 Hollard Insure staff crowded onto the lawn in front of Villa Arcadia, the beautiful Randlord mansion on our Johannesburg head office campus – as well as hundreds more colleagues in 18 “local is lekker” regional branches around South Africa – to recognise deserving colleagues. And they all used the opportunity, as part of Hollard’s #LongLiveTheBroker campaign, to also give a shout-out to our broker partners.
Everyone in attendance wore printed #LongLiveTheBroker T-shirts, and hundreds of staff formed a huge heart shape on the lawn to express just how they feel about brokers.
Hollard Insure CEO Willie Lategan also gave the audience feedback on the good progress made since the creation of Hollard Insure late last year.
We at Hollard Insure are very proud of (and very serious about) the #LongLiveTheBroker campaign; we know that what’s good for brokers is good for us, too. And we’re heartened by the positive response we’ve had from brokers to the campaign – take a look at what they had to say when we recently launched it.
So when we say, “Long Live the Broker!” believe that our hearts are truly in it!
