PWS, holding company of Total Guard, offers customers monthly maintenance and repair cover on appliances and electronics in their home, with goods covered regardless of age. The Total Guard product offer is sold through financial institutions with large cardholder bases, through national retailers, corporate staff programs and through the insurance broker network. Extensive experience and understanding of the  market create products that meet the needs of distributors.

What we do

We provide:

• Monthly maintenance and an extended warranty policy on appliances and electronics.
• Products that are customised based on the objectives of the client, ensuring maximum conversion and sales
• Customers, regardless of channel, can now make one phone call and can have their products collected, repaired and redelivered to their homes by PWS's national repair partner, MasterCare/ Earlybird, a national repair company which is widely represented across South Africa
• If the product cannot be repaired, we will provide discount for the replacement of the item at the original retailer.
