HOLLARD GROUP PROCUREMENT

PURPOSE
The purpose of group procurement is to provide quality service to policy holders, through the development of a supplier network that satisfies Hollards business units and partners requirements:

• At a price that ensures value for money
• That encourages transformation within Hollard.
• That builds ongoing relationships with select suppliers.

VISION STATEMENT
Providing Hollard and all stakeholders with a competitive advantage by:

• Identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to save money on the cost of procured goods and services.
• Enhancing customer service
• Ensuring that our buying strategies support the BEE transformation process.

THE TEAM
Group Procurement consists of two teams that focus on claims suppliers and Hollard's internal maintenance, repair and operational (capital and operational expenses) suppliers respectively.
