Make sure you meet the basic requirements
In order to be fair and transparent, there are some basic requirements you need to meet to become a potential supplier. Please see below for a guide as to what we are looking for when reviewing a supplier:
- A BEE Certificate - Hollard strongly supports the DTI’s BEE initiative and will give 1st preference to:
- companies or sole traders that have been officially BEE rated
- are in possession of valid and current BEE rating documentation
- have a minimum level 4 - including enterprises that are a 100% BEE owned are required
- Fair rates and fees that are industry and market related
- Letter of Good Standing from SARS reflecting the name under which you or your company will be trading and will issue invoices to Hollard
- Relevant insurances in place
- Adherence to industry regulations
- In operation for at least 1 year in the industry
- You have the experience, qualified staff and proper tools to deliver the service
- Company registration documentation
