24 hour telephonic legal assistance and advice
Retrenchment benefit - should the policyholder be retrenched after having paid 12 months’ worth of premiums, as well as not having claimed for 12 months, he or she will be given a 6 months grace period without any impact on their benefits
Paralegal services - policyholders can take advantage of having legal letters drafted for them
Basic will drafting - policyholders can have a free, basic will drafted for them
Access to standard legal documentation & contracts
Consultation, assistance and representation by a practicing attorney on our panel, or an attorney of your choice, in accordance with our schedule of tariff

Policyholders also have access to a range of extended legal insurance that covers the following:

anti-nuptial contract
uncontested divorce
60% Discount on Debt Counseling Initiation Fee (cover is immediate) - this is R3000 savings
60% Discount on Attorneys Fees for Property Tariffs (cover is immediate) - for example, on a R1m property you can save up to R4,000
Rates Watch property valuation screening (cover is immediate)
