Do you need to claim?
1. Notify us
Please notify us of your intent to claim within 24-hours of the event. If this isn’t possible, please call us as soon as possible on the below toll-free number.Contact our claims department:
- Monday to Friday

2. Required documents
You or your beneficiary will need to fill in and send us the required documents listed below:
- Claims form
- Hospital invoices
- A certified copy of your ID
- General practitioners report
- Certificate of medical attendant (CMA) if policy is less than 24 months
- Copy of your payslip

We’ll get back to you – please note that claims are payable at the end of the period of hospitalisation or when 30 days benefit is due, whichever is earlier.
