As a motorcycle enthusiast and collector, Apex's owner-manager understands the insurance needs of bikers on a personal level.

Together with Hollard, we at Apex created South Africa’s first specialist motorbike insurance product that offers appropriate cover to bikers and their motorcycles.

Bikers have traditionally been given an undeserved bad reputation as being high-risk. This has lead to insurance premiums being out of synch with the reality of most bikers’ individual circumstances. Hollard and Apex use individualised underwriting criteria, based on in-depth research and reality rather than outdated and unfounded group reputations.
